What we collect when you visit this site or send us a message, and what we do with it.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what information NPH Consulting LLC collects when you visit this website or send us a message, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect very little, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you send a message. The contact form asks for your name, email address, the kind of organization you work with, your timeline, and your message. We only get what you choose to type in.

When you browse the site. Like most websites, we collect basic information about visits, such as the pages you view, how you found the site, your general location (city or region), and the type of device and browser you use. This comes from Google Analytics and our hosting providers, described below.

How we use it

  • To read and reply to your message.
  • To keep a record of our conversations with you.
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and block spam.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for advertising.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, set up through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to see how people use the site. It uses cookies (small files saved by your browser) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. The reports we see are summaries. They don’t tell us who you are.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about you on any website, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.

The contact form

Our contact form runs on Gravity Forms, a WordPress plugin. When you send a message, it’s saved on our website and emailed to Nancy. We keep messages until we delete them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a real person is filling out the form by looking at basic information about your browser and device. Cloudflare doesn’t use it to show you ads. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Hosting and security

This site is hosted by Kinsta and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and block attacks, their servers record technical details about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. They keep these records for a limited time and use them only to run and protect the site.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies as described above. WordPress also sets cookies, but only for people who log in to manage the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run this site (Google, Kinsta, Cloudflare and Gravity Forms), and only so they can do that job. We may also share it if the law requires us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email nancy@nphunterconsulting.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under state privacy laws, and we’ll honor those too.

Children

This site is meant for adults working with organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites. We’re not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so check their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
