Guided and facilitated the Steering Committee in developing and selecting major strategic focus areas, based on a comprehensive assessment of community needs and assets.
Facilitated focus groups and community forums, collected and analyzed the focus group and forum data, and researched key issue areas for an environmental scan. Presented recommended issue areas for the Steering Committee to select for community action, then facilitated the committee in setting priority areas for focus and funding.
