United Way of Forsyth County Strategic Plan Development

Guided development of a detailed strategic plan with measurable outcomes to move this large community organization toward its short- and longer-term goals in a changing fundraising environment. Facilitated focus groups, surveys, and interviews of key stakeholders including board, staff, and donors.  Analyzed and summarized results for actionable work in a day-long board retreat of board and senior staff members that resulted in a full strategic framework of goals and suggested strategies.  Led senior staff in crafting detailed strategies, actions, and outcome metrics to implement the plan, which has set the path toward future success.
