Developed collaborative partnerships between housing authorities, local governments, residents and service agencies to design and implement programs that strengthen law enforcement and social services in identified areas of need.
The work included needs assessment, organizational capacity building, strategic planning and results documentation. These HUD projects built each community’s capacity and structure for collaborative partnerships and programs.
