Facilitated development of a three-year strategic plan for this dynamic and growing statewide organization. Clarified the organization’s current position through an organizational assessment, stakeholder feedback and a Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis, and identified organizational and community assets that could be used to address opportunities and challenges. Guided the board and staff in visioning, priority determination, and development of strategic goal framework. Facilitated senior staff in finalization of actionable strategies, implementation schedule, and measurable outcomes for accountability. The final plan reflects the organization’s consensus on a strong future direction and works as a “GPS” for its goals and day-to-day work.
