Facilitated development of a comprehensive strategic plan to guide the early childhood work of this countywide partnership of community organizations. Worked with staff and board to engage stakeholders including external community partners, supporters, and parents in assessing current organizational status and visioning future success. Led board in creating strategic framework of goals and guided staff in developing detailed strategies, timelines and metrics to support their work toward achieving the goals. Final plan positioned the organization for comprehensive strategic work to move forward toward their goals.
