What we did

Worked with the State, cities, counties, homeless service providers, advocates and others to develop community-wide, innovative and comprehensive approaches to housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness.

Coordinated evaluation and prioritization with service providers, reviewed available services in detail, analyzed gaps, and identified and prioritized the projects most critical to closing them. Prepared Continuum of Care funding documents and proposal packages, which have generated over $20 million in HUD McKinney-Vento federal funding.
